right, like in Flash Gordon, when they pull the electro visor off of one of the dudes in the security room, and they all short out.

Verse, you post in your sleep? That's a very interesting thing to do in your sleep. I'm a dreamer, myself.

given that everyone is so multi-talented, I vote that we finish this round (and maybe one more) and then move to a 24 hour ticker.  I'm gonna run out of material.

I posted, so you're up Beau. Sent a few more characters to Terry and Lovisa.

I'm good to move to 24 hours whenever, just let me know if it's next round after Verse or the one after that.

Actually, I second that vote. I mean sure, I can generate victims faster than asylum entertainment can dream up high grfx-low content b-flicks, but eventually, I'm going to run out of room to, well, run.

Grr. My wrist seems to have hit an errant key which has deleted my post before I could hit reply. I have to do it all over *whines like a five year old* I'm off of work today, so I will get it up later. I'm a little too pissed at myself right this second to try it again right this second.

I thought it was defcon 1

*takes note of Verse's weakness, filing it away for future use*

Defcon 24 because after Verse's next post we're going to go to 24 hours instead of 48. This is our last round where we get 48 hours to post after the person ahead of us. Next time Verse posts you only have 24 hours to reply before you're out.

Curious, TS, what will your lake monster do if they all get arrested and hauled back to town? Will he grow skin again or will he be staying in his lake?

I haven't thought that far ahead, Ara. I'm using this thread as a writing exercise on making it up as I go along.

I've been on the ropes all along.  I'm setting it up that Terrance's body is fighting what ever ambient spores might be around so he'll be easy to kill by whomever if we're separated.  He can just collapse.  I figure I'm one or two posts from death at this point -- only made it because the kids are still sleeping....

You now have 24 hrs to post Thundie. From now on everyone has 24 hrs to post after the poster before them. Good luck, everyone!

I dunno Verse, I think that probably hurt Beau more. You weren't the one to get his face eaten.

When Sea Monsters Make Love

I know I have been making it up as I go along, just to see if I can, but I put some real effort into this latest post. It's up now btw.

Go for it Ara.

Oh, if possible, leave that Adam kid, alive. Being that he's Christy's step brother, and all...well, read and see.

Uh. Who's Adam? We've got a Trixie and a Damien. Oh, wait, the kid that called the cops? Where is he at this point? Shouldn't he be home or at a police station?

ps. I'm totally stealing Brainwashed Christy's car. That's happening, so have fun in the lake.

And why is there a spaceship down there!? Is that a spaceship? I thought it was alien spores or some such that fell on an asteroid?

Have fun with the car. That was the point after all.

Not a spaceship, a wreck of one. I was under the impression when we started this whole thing, that the organisms, had been in the hold of ship of unknown origin. I've even made reference to in previous posts.

Adam is presently still on the lake side. He watched Torgrim go super Torgrim.

considering the car is on the other side of the lake, from where y'all are, that should not be a problem. :)

You never know. We could go for a long drive, maybe circle the lake a few times.

Just kidding. Posted. Didn't circle the lake and run down Adam. Sure hope he didn't see his sister treading water and waiting for her aqualover. If he survives this, that could be traumatizing. At least Christy wasn't more likable. lol Or I might feel bad for her. Interested to see if she turns into a sea monster too!

glad you liked that. I was going for a cross between the thing, and aliens.

Until I figure out where to go with those two/it, I want to take control of officer hillgar as a player character. Any objections?
