Yep.  You have plenty of time (just delete and hold with an instant post all ready to go).  I'm in a training class this week.  It's gonna be close for me...but I'm not interacting with anyone so its filler.

It's not a bad tactic to prewrite a post either. I suspect Verse does that...

Sorry if we confused you, TS! You have waaaay more time than you may have been thinking.

It's 48 hours to post AFTER the person ahead of you in posting line has posted. That way we know who loses when and who gets to kill them.

Oooooohhh! *Tibetan meditation chimes sound as understanding dawns on Thunderstruck*  I thought it was 48 hours from MY last post.

Thunder, did you want to delete/repost - or are we switching order?

I thought about copying it to note pad, editing it and recycling it. The board is not letting me remove it though.

The board messages on this site I swear! I have never been scolded by a board before.

edit. I have it copied. If I could get it as it is posted removed, that'd be terrific.

Go ahead and repost it and I can delete the old one. And then investigate why the board wouldn't let you delete it yourself because that's just silly.

Looking at the thread now and I don't see your second post so I'm guessing you removed it?

lol okay. It told me I can't just go deleting any old post. I felt like I was in the first grade again and Mrs, Swenson was standing over me with that disapproving look, which was the bane of 6 year olds everywhere to behold.

Thanx for taking it off....the post I mean...hmm, my ooc's are not coming out right, these days.

Umm, is that what I did? Crap, I don't have that one backed up.

o.O You don't have it backed up? lol Well, I probably have it in an email notification thingy and can send it to you if you don't have it.

And I didn't get a chance to remove the post. I was going to wait until you'd put up the new one and when I went to look at the thread it was already down. Maybe the forum was lying to you about not getting to do it?

possibly. I hope msn browser isn't screwing with me on this site. I learned early on that paragraphite  ,and google chrome don't mix, which is why I use msn for here...

Fret not, Ara dear. If the net goes wonky, I can always tote this thing down to the library, or the fast food joint. both of whom have free wifi I'll be back with the group, shortly. Henry has a couple of things, to take care of.

ha! Hardly! You're a driveby, TS!

Beau, I know your clock is ticking so you might have already started on your post, but I left the pending convo/interaction of Lovisa with Terry vague so you can dodge it if it doesn't suit you or work with it if you want! Yes. I am stalking you.

You posted at 4 am my time....I'll be honest and say odd are 50/50 on me executing successfully this evening.  I have family in town and I need a drink....no guarantees on the outcome of those two items and how they mix with creative impulse.

Ara, I live in a gun toting southern state. Don't say driveby. ;)

Beau, you might come up with something very interesting with the mixture of drink, and post. Unfortunately, you may have to go back later and see the outcome for the first time yourself, for not being able to recall what you had posted, under the influence.

I'm not even going to touch that one, Verse. ;)

On another side of eating however, I always wanted to play sea monster.
I am presuming that because we all kind of forgot about them, that Genna and company are expendable.

They weren't forgotten, they just weren't active but I guess since their NPCs you can kill them. But they're in the lake so they aren't straight up humans anymore. They should be infected too.

Terry isn't infected, so I'm playing the confused card.

Phone typing at starbucks.  22 sentences.  Best I can do.  I'm only still in this so Verse doesn't have too much fun...I mean guilt.

Post slow.....

Very impressive Beau! And I gave Ter a little of a chance to get infected!

Phone posting is impressive!

I guess I'd forgotten that, Ahh well, I'll think of something. If nothing else, I'll leave 'em to "Alpha" Torgrim's infectoid army.

I'm thinking the 'organisms' may affect different people in different ways, not unlike how people of different ancestry used to react differently to the original malaria vaccine.

Sure it's a stretch, but hell this is fiction.

Or one could look at it this way: Henry got his via a gaping wound, so it got an express ride into his system.

Then again, I might just still be on a sea monster kick.

Ha! Yeah, we're going with the parasites reacting differently to different hostes. I am not going be turning Astrid or Lovisa into swamp monsters, sir. Though I have connected them to each other so, if I should ever lose this and someone gets to make sure my characters die, killing one could have the other one drop dead too. Just an idea in case they aren't in the same spot at the same time.
