I think we have one... and I don't know how to contact anyone, but there is a bunch of what looks like Russian gibberish all over the Welcome Neewbles section and possibly other places. Just thought I'd throw it out there in case it hasn't been noticed, though that is doubtful.

We've been getting them regularly this last week. Sometimes it takes a bit for me to delete them because, well, I'm in another time zone.  I do check in on the forum regularly to keep an eye out for them but if you ever find one slipping through the cracks you're welcome to send me a message or toss it up here, now that we have a thread for it.

You guys are amazing. I just didn't know who to contact specifically is all. Now I know. It seems the SPAM bots are just trying to say Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays in their own special nasty way. =]

Funny enough, tossing that into Google Translate shows that our bot is talking about women's clothing and how it should be fashionable for the winter season. (i got bored...) :greycat:

so this seemed to be the most recent SPAM bot thread and as i have spotted a bot, i shall report it here~

DavidKims appears to be a bot with concerns about those from abroad speaking English. it has posted in a thread or two (unchained, specifically). thought i'd let you all know if it wasn't already known~
